New to Sailing?
Each year, WRSC opens its doors for a series of half day sessions where you can get out on the water, experience the thrill of sailing, and see what our club is all about. Whether you are completely new or have not sailed in years, our friendly instructors and members will guide you every step of the way.
No prior experience is needed. We provide the boats, safety equipment and support.
What Happens Next?
If you enjoy your time on the water, you can join WRSC as a member and continue your journey with structured training through our RYA courses. Many of our current members first discovered sailing at one of our Taster Days. It is a simple, welcoming way to try something new without committing to a full course straight away.
